We guarantee the products under the following conditions:
1- The scope of this warranty is related to defects in product manufacturing and free repair is done only by Hajir Sanat Company or its authorized service representatives.
2- Technical defects caused by mechanical impact, water, fire, or any incorrect use or contrary to the instructions in the manual are not included in this warranty, which is obviously the responsibility of the experts of this company.
3- The warranty includes the cost of repair and replaced parts, and does not include the cost of the expert’s travel and transportation of the device.
4- This warranty is invalid without a hologram.
5- If the warranty label is damaged, the device will be removed from the warranty.
6- Wiring and the defects caused by it are not included in the warranty.
7- If the device is not installed for more than 6 months and remains in the warehouse, the battery of the device will be removed from the warranty.
8- If the device is repaired by different persons other than the authorized representatives of Hajir Sanat Company, the device will be excluded from the Warranty.
9- This warranty is limited and non-transferable.
10- The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the warranty card.
We guarantee the batteries under the following conditions:
1- Batteries should be stored and used at a suitable temperature (20 degrees).
2- Batteries should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
3- Before installing or replacing the batteries, check the voltage and current of the charger.
4- Due to the fragile nature of the battery body, be careful during transportation. (Any broken battery caused by careless handling is out of warranty)
5-Batteries should not be kept in storage for more than 6 months.
6- Batteries whose voltage is lower than 8 volts due to improper storage conditions are out of warranty.
7- Incorrect connection does not include warranty.
